Personal Resilience Building
Many of the resources on my Edublog are designed for your own self-work. I am also available for face-to-face supervision/coaching sessions in the Mosman area of Sydney, or Skype chats, to explain any of my teaching materials.

Support Group Facilitation
I have personally experienced the power of support groups.
All through the 90's I was part of an Earth Support Group which formed after some of us had done John Seed's Council of All Beings workshops. This was our logo.

I have also taught my Music Therapy students how to start their own arts-based peer supervision groups after graduation. Here is a summary booklet on Arts-based Peer Supervision.

If you want a local climate change support group, and one doesn't exist yet, I am happy to help you and a group of friends to start your own, using methods from Somatics, Expressive Arts Therapy and Deep Ecology. Having been in careers that don't earn a lot of money, I know that such support systems are more likely to be sustainable than the forms of ongoing support one has to pay for.
Resilience Building Workshops and Courses
I am presently revisiting my teaching materials from my long career as an academic lecturer and adult educator for the purpose of designing resilience building workshops and courses which I want to offer online as well as locally in Sydney. These range from short Saturday afternoon workshops, to 8-week day/evening courses, to 12-week academic subjects. Through these courses, my desire is to foster the creation of as many climate change support groups as I can, because I believe that we can all use support and encouragement from others to change the lifestyle habits of a lifetime.
